I am an interdisciplinary artist working across drawing, sculpture, photography, moving image and sound. My practice explores how meaning is constructed through acts of perception and interpretation, drawing on archives, found objects, landscape and material processes to investigate memory, ambiguity, resistance and transformation.
I work through collecting, wandering, close observation and experimentation, allowing chance encounters and unexpected relationships between materials, images and places to shape the work. I am interested in thresholds: where the overlooked becomes significant, where fragments begin to generate narratives, and where biological, technological and archival systems offer different ways of understanding memory, agency and change.
Recent projects have explored photographic archives, landscape, pareidolia and material transformation. A feminist enquiry runs through the work, particularly in my attention to absence, overlooked histories and the structures that determine what is preserved, valued or allowed to disappear. I am interested in resistance not only as a political act, but as something material and ecological: the ways bodies, objects and living systems adapt, persist and transform under pressure.
My practice is rooted in artistic research and material enquiry, asking what becomes visible when we pay sustained attention to fragments, absences and incomplete evidence.
